Just 5 minutes walk from the main beach of Santa Ponsa, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars this private rental apartment is extremely convenient but still peacefully located. The complex has a large swimming pool with showers, a children's pool and lots of grassed areas and terraces for sunbathing.
This is an ideal location for both families and adult groups alike, having both the peace and tranquillity of the apartment, yet with the beautiful cosmopolitan city of Palma with its architecture, culture, designer shops and restaurants only a 15 minutes drive away.
SANTAPONSA HOLIDAY RENTAL APARTMENT
The apartment contains a living/dining room, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, kitchen with utility room and a modern bathroom.
From the living room and the double bedroom there are patio doors opening out to the spacious contained private patio, ideal for outside living. There can be found a barbecue, patio table, chairs and sunloungers with a sun-blind for protection from the strong Mallorcan sun. The living room has dining table and chairs, 2 comfortable sofas, TV with Free-to-View satellite, DVD player & CD/radio with a selection of DVD’s provided for guests. Also there is a small choice of music CD's and novels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. In the adjacent utility room can be found a washing machine, an iron, ironing board and clothes dryer. The shower room between the two bedrooms is newly reformed and modern.
Both the living room and the double bedroom have air-conditioning to keep everything cool in the heat of the day. The twin bedded room contains a fan. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes so lots of storage and a hair dryer is also provided.
All linen, bath & hand towels, kitchens towels are provided but we request that guests kindly bring their own beach towels.
SANTAPONSA TOURIST INFORMATION

There are many beautiful beaches and coves to discover around Mallorca and the area is a golfers paradise due to the mild weather of the island. The centre of Santa Ponsa is a short walk, with its golden sandy beach, variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops. A walkway (paseo) has been built all around the bay for strolling in the cool of the evening.
Puerto Portals, with its chic marina used by the Spanish royals, is a 10 minutes drive and is the ideal place to relax and unwind. Santa Ponsa also has a Marina with a cross to commemorate the removal of the Moors by King Jaime 1 in 1291. Another small sandy beach can be found close by, which is frequently by the locals. Within a 5 minutes drive there are all the main family attractions such as Western Water Park, Pirates Adventure, Aqualand, Nemo Submarine, Golf Fantasia in Palma Nova and bowling and shopping at Festival Park just north of Palma.
Andratx countryside: - Child friendly villa with pool. Situated in the countryside and just a few minutes by car from Andratx beach. Heating, air conditioning and Broadband Internet for year round family holidays with children. 2012: Good availability.
Andratx countryside: - cottage and self contained apartment in countryside between Port Andratx and Andrax village a few minutes by car from beach. The accommodation comprises of a "Casita" (small cottage) and/or a double room in the main house. Currently long-term unavailable.
Cala D'Or:Six holiday apartments for rent at Cala d'Or with swimming pool, can be rented seperately or together for larger families who want to holiday together with some independence 2012: Good availability.

Luxury villa overlooking Puerto Andratx: This air conditioned villa is very private and has spacious living areas for family holidays. Covered terraces, out-door dining and a pool terrace make this a luxury rental. The twin garage has a lift for taking shopping down to the kitchen, although the temptation of the waterfront restaurants in Puerto Andratx means that aperatives and breakfast are the only meals likely to be taken on the terrace dining area. 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8. 2012: Good availability.
