The villa can accommodate 6 people in comfort and its quiet location just 3 kilometres from the resort of C'an Picafort is undisturbed by neighbours.
The private entrance has it's own little orange grove. The outside area comprises of a covered terrace, a sunbathing area around the large swimming pool and a fabulous roof top terrace. Views from the roof top terrace are completely unspoilt and include fantastic views of the Tramuntana mountain range and the local countryside.
THE VILLA
C'an March is a large villa that will comfortably sleep 6 people. The villa is completely detached and has no neighbours, making it an idyllic "get away from it all" holiday location.
A comfortable lounge area is equipped with satellite T.V and an arch leads to the dining area and kitchen. The beamed ceilings, tiled floors and white walls lend an atmosphere of calm, and the fireplace adds charm during the cooler seasons.
There is a large dining area and the kitchen has cooker, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a washing machine.
The villa also features a small gym area that includes a step machine, rowing machine and a weights bench.
A BBQ is in the garden area, close to the covered terrace area and the roof top terrace stairs.

The bedrooms, 2 twins and a double are all of a good size.
The villa has 2 fitted bathrooms.
AREA
C'an Picafort is an ideal location to discover not only the North of Mallorca including Pollensa and Formentor (only 30-40 mins drive) but the East Coast resorts of Sa Coma, and Cala Bona are only 45-50 mins away. Pollensa golf course is only 40 minutes away and the Pula golf course is only 45 minutes away.
The nearby resort of C'an Picafort has a variety of places to eat including excellent seafood restaurants
and local tapas bars. There are lots of shops in the resort and three large supermarkets.
If a beach holiday is not all you are looking for you will have easy access to inland rural Mallorca, here you will discover many of the off the beaten track villages including Muro and Santa Margalida. You will be able to mix with locals at the markets, Muro on Sunday and Santa Margalida on Saturday.
This is the Mallorca of calm and beauty.
LOCATION
The distance from Palma airport is approximately 35 miles. If you choose to hire a car from the car park you will be able to park on arrival within the gated grounds.
Andratx countryside: - Child friendly villa with pool. Situated in the countryside and just a few minutes by car from Andratx beach. Heating, air conditioning and Broadband Internet for year round family holidays with children. 2012: Good availability.
Andratx countryside: - cottage and self contained apartment in countryside between Port Andratx and Andrax village a few minutes by car from beach. The accommodation comprises of a "Casita" (small cottage) and/or a double room in the main house. Currently long-term unavailable.
Cala D'Or:Six holiday apartments for rent at Cala d'Or with swimming pool, can be rented seperately or together for larger families who want to holiday together with some independence 2012: Good availability.

Luxury villa overlooking Puerto Andratx: This air conditioned villa is very private and has spacious living areas for family holidays. Covered terraces, out-door dining and a pool terrace make this a luxury rental. The twin garage has a lift for taking shopping down to the kitchen, although the temptation of the waterfront restaurants in Puerto Andratx means that aperatives and breakfast are the only meals likely to be taken on the terrace dining area. 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8. 2012: Good availability.
