This villa is an ideal place to explore the South of Mallorca; Palma (the capital of the island) is only 5 kilometres away. The villa has been carefully designed to ensure maximum peace and tranquillity can be enjoyed.

THE ACCOMMODATION

Bedrooms

The villa consists of two levels. There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, all with twin beds. Two of the bedrooms lead out on to a terrace. There are 2 bathrooms also on this floor.

Lounge

As you enter the light and airy lounge with mountain views from every window you will be impressed by the spectacular views. The large open plan design incorporates a lounge with, cosy TV corner complete with open fire, and dinning area. The comfort is enhanced by air conditioning.

Kitchen

The well-appointed fitted kitchen has a large pantry, breakfast table, dishwasher, microwave and full oven.

The pool area

has a gazebo for evening dining, sunloungers and once again fabulous views of the mountains; there is also a separate BBQ area for more relaxed dining.
