THE ACCOMMODATION

The house is centrally heated and will sleep 6 - 10 people comfortably. There are four double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms; two of the bedrooms have additional dressing rooms, each with a single bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, tumble dryer, double-sided fridge with own icemaker and extra large American washing machine.

The Sitting / Dining Room

The sitting/dining room is open plan with a wood burning fireplace for chilly evenings and has a television and C.D. player.

Outside the living area is a terrace for eating al fresco with a barbecue and table and chairs.

All the bedrooms lead to terraces overlooking the garden.

The garden has many paths and walkways and as Tramuntana has its own well the garden remains green and lush throughout the year.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 6m x 12m and is fully maintained.

LOCATION

Palma airport is about a half-hour drive from the house. Andratx town 3 kilometres and the port of Andratx 5/6. There are many good beaches all within a fifteen-minute drive away and a weekly market is held on Wednesday in the village, which has lots of bars and restaurants to sit in and watch the world go by. The nearby port of Andratx has a lovely ambience and a large selection of restaurants, many of them family owned, making them perfect for all ages. Andratx has several supermarkets where you can buy everything you will need, tennis courts and an Olympic sized indoor swimming pool. Winter is a wonderful time to visit Mallorca. From December to January the orange trees are laden with fruit and the almond blossom that arrives in February is quite beautiful. You can enjoy the simple pleasures of country walks and savour the good local food and wine. During the day it is usually warm enough to sit outside and with the peace of the mountains and a good welcoming fire in the evening this can be a very special time indeed to be on this beautiful Mediterranean island.
