Hacienda style villa with pool and garden
This villa in hacienda-style with garage, a large pool and Spanish garden offers sufficient space for the owner with family and guests.
Constructed in practical U-shape offers this villa at about 300 square metres of living space with a living and dining area with a fireplace, an office with fireplace, kitchen, a guest room, a master bedroom with bathroom en-suite and other four bedrooms and two baths and provides space for 10 people. From the living and dining area, the office, the master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms there is a direct access to the partially covered terrace of a total of about 100 square metres. On the terrace you will find because of the partial roof at any time of day both sunny and shady places to linger. It is only possible to give an impression of what you can espect here. The plot has a sice of 1.500 square meter where the villa is placed centred and it is bounded by a 2 meter green hedge - so no one has a possibility to look into.
The villa itself has 315 square meter of living space. Additional there are about 135 square meter roofed terraces arround the pool and the livingroom.
The space is devided in the gorund floor into a broad living / dining area, a kitchen with a storage and an utility room, a master bed room with bath en suite and a dressing room, a second bedroom - which is used in the moment as an office and a guest bathroom.
In the first floor the is the third bedroom with dressing area and bathroom en suite. From this bedroom there is a direct access to the roof terrace.
The whole is supplemented by a garage for two with automated doors.

Villa with a spectacular view of the bay
A simple description of this villa in the 'Costa de Canyamel' with a spectacular view of the bay and of the sea of Canyamel would not do justice to this object because it is one of the villas with 'history'.
This villa was built in the style of 'Hollywood' Bauhaus over three floors in 1968 by the photographer Bruno Bernard who is regarded as 'king of Hollywood Glamour' and as the discoverer of Marilyn Monroe. Bruno Bernhard took photographs of almost every celebrity of the glamour world in Hollywood, but he also took photographs of strippers and show girls. One of his most famous photographs is the one of Marilyn Monroe where she is standing on a ventilation shaft of the underground and her white pleated skirt is being blown into the air. It was created in 1954 during the film recording of 'The Seven Year Itch'.
A lot of his photographs were also created in this villa which was open to his friends and models. It must have been a crazy time there!
During this time, also the urbanization of the COSTA DE CAYAMEL was created and Bruno Bernhard was one of the three founders of this urbanization.
Today's owner has bought the villa directly from Bruno Bernhard and now, he wants to retire mainly because of his age.
His villa in the style of Bauhaus extends over three floors, lies at the slope and because of that you can enjoy an extraordinary view of the whole surrounding area. The object consists of two separated apartments. The upper apartment has a kitchen with place for dinner and living room and a big glass façade in order to enjoy the view outside at its disposal.
