This house which is directly set in the center of the village belongs to a small common construction with pool. The approximately 125 square metres of living space are divided into a top and a ground floor: the ground floor offers an open kitchen (fitted kitchen of high quality) with a bordering living and dining area, an area of entrance with stairwell, bedroom, showering bath and a next room where the sauna and the heating therm are set in - the processing and the supply of warm water as well as the heating of the house all take place here.
The top floor has two more bedrooms and a full bath at the disposal for our guests. The bedrooms on the top floor all have direct access to the grand terrace which offers a wonderful view over the landscape up to the sea.
In the ground floor, the partly covered terrace is directly next to the dining and living area- Also the bedroom downstairs has a direct access to this terrace. Only a few steps bring you to the common pool from this terrace. The surrounding garden area which belongs to the house is really easy to care for; the common garden will be looked after by a horticulturist.
The property has windows made of wood with a double glazing and has also venetian blinds made of wood at the disposal. The floors are all lightly and timelessly modern tiled. The house is in very good and well looked after condition. The needed gas comes from a big earth tank which is proceeded by the community and which will be settled up with regard to the actual consumption.
The house has a very good potential for renting it out at the disposal.
