This apartment complex - with a property of 1.127 square metres and a living space of about 300 square metres - lies at the first line at the port of the CALA D'OR resort with an amazing view of the port and of the hillocks of Felanitx with the San Salvador next to it. This situation is highly exclusive and very idyllic as well as it surely is one of the most beautiful spots of the Balearic Islands.
The port of the CALA D'OR - called Cala Llonga - probably is one of the most beautiful marinas in the Mediterranean. Cala Llonga is a magnet for the Jet-Set and their exclusive yachts. There are exclusive boutiques and excellent restaurants in the area around the port.
This apartment complex is only a few walking - minutes away from the good restaurants, the centre and the beaches of the Cala D'Or.
Originally, this object had been planned and built as three terraced houses with a pool for the community in 1979. Nowadays, this complex has been used very successfully as apartment complex for years, it consists of three apartments and three studios. Since 2005, the whole complex constantly has been renovated and it has been widened. Therefore, the complex is in a very good condition.
The apartments are on the ground floor and every single apartment consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, a dining and living area and of a kitchen. The kitchen is furnished completely (Ceran ceramic hob, oven, microwave, cooling/freezing combination, dishwasher and so on). The living area has a sleeping sofa, armchairs, a table, a stove as well as a television, a receiver and a DVD player at its disposal. Every bedroom has got two beds and a fitted cupboard. There is a private terrace available in front of each living room in every apartment.
The top floor offers all the studios which consist of a combined living and sleeping area with two beds, one bathroom and a furnished kitchen unit (refrigerator, oven/grill, Ceran ceramic hob and so on). A generous, partly covered terrace belongs to each studio.
The apartments as well as the studios have new, energy-saving air-conditioning (cold/warm). The bathrooms also have got an electric heating. The hi-fi equipment has got two SAT (hi-fi) equipments at its disposal which, on the one hand, receives ASTRA 2a and on the other hand, they also are able to receive ASTRA 19. The whole equipment has got a WLAN at its disposal.
The outdoor area offers a pool (10 m X 4 m) with salt water, pool showers, a pool toilet as well as a terrace for the community to the guests. A special highlight is the bar with a corner for having a barbecue - this is really popular for spending happy hours together.
The cellar area offers some extended surfaces (garage, wash house, keeping room, technology room, depot), but it also offers a surface of about 200 square metres which is not extended yet.
Here, we offer the whole apartment complex as a unit with complete stock and the current renting out business.
It is possible to divide the single apartments again into their origin of three terraced houses.
