The approximately 61 square metres divided into a bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen, a living / dining room with a fireplace and a glazed balcony. From the balcony, you have unobstructed views of the coastal area and the green belt up to the sea. All windows are made of aluminium and have also aluminium shutters and partly mosquito nets.
