Algaida
Algaida is a sleepy old town
in the centre of Mallorca.
It's just off the motorway that runs from Palma to Manacor
and is ideal for a countryside holiday or as a base to explore much of the island. The beaches of Playa de Palma are only 20 minutes away by car and the glass factory in the area is a permanent source of fascination. Real life goes on here with cafes and bars so it's a good place from which to enjoy authentic Mallorca, to explore the island or simply enjoy the pleasures of peaceful surroundings with a villa and private pool.
